Stopped by Harvey Norman to get some help fixing my washing machine, they didn’t supply the needed parts but gave me the contact details of there repair crew, my machine is now up and running thanks to here time and help

A great Harvey Norman , really big store with lots of stocks

Went in to buy a Macbook Pro, took over an hour to process my order. They didn't have stock and told me it'd arrive within 5 business days. On the 6th day I called chasing it...ended up making 3 calls to them, as nobody could help me nor where the 'right' people returning my call, only finally to be told that their supplier had no stock and it would take maybe another week. Just annoying that they didn't contact me to tell me, and then didn't return my calls and I had to ring 3 times, AND THEN the guy was still just fobbing me off (I could tell he had no idea when it was actually due in, and just said 'next week' to get off the phone from me. Just poor service overall, from all staff I interacted with.

The guy who helped us in the bed Department was as helpful as he could but it wasnt his usual area. It would have been great if he would of got someone else, but he said he knows 'most' things...we were after a king sized bed with draws etc..didnt get it tho.

Ordered hair straightener yesterday and received the email to collect it with discount. I am so happy with the purchase.
