As a tenant, the customer facing staff have always been really good to deal with over a long period of time, but the back office really lets them down. The style of written communication is often dictatorial and tenants are expected to fix their mistakes. Average on balance.

When I first went inside I was greeted by people whom I found reliable and nice to talk to even though I only went in to grab a paper they caught my attention, the only problem with them is stuff was all over the floor such as paper and by the looks of rubbish but that's everyday life.

Recently bought a house via an agent from this agency. Agent was very professional and helpful. The whole process was very smooth.. highly recommend
