Wish I'd read the reviews before I went, went and got my hair cut didn't get the cut I wanted, she didn't listen and I got charged for getting it layered but that's not what she did even though I asked. Definitely won't be going there again

Not a good team.
Was there for eyebrow.
Expensive proce compare to other places in mall.
Staff they speak in hindi infront of customer.

If there was an option for zero stars I would. Absolutely horrific. I asked for my eyebrows to be threaded. The board had it as $6. But when I sat down the lady said $8. I firgured it'd be ok and wasn't fussed about it, because I'd been there before and my last visit was fine. But oh my gosh! The lady who did my eyebrows pulled my skin off everywhere and now I have sores around my eyelids and brows. She tried to wipe it off, but in doing so removed my make up so I had a line on my forehead where it was removed. I will not be returning.

I went and asked if I could get a Brazilian wax done, they told me to sit down and wait, then a short girl came out and asked me what I would like, Again I said a Brazilian wax please, the girl stared at me in disgust from top to toe and asked the lady who was already with another customer behind the curtain if she could do it instead, the other lady poped her head out the curtain and asked me if I could wait 10 mins, I said dw about it and took my money else where, absolutely appalling customer service!!
