I come here once a month for waxing, they are the most hygienic place I have found.

Place is a DISASTER and very unprofessional. Called the shop to make an appointment and was told to just walk in without appointment. Went in at 11.30am and was told to have a seat & wait. After 45 minutes and no acknowledgement I went to reception to check and receptionist did not knew that I've been waiting as the previous receptionist had left for the day. She went inside and spoke to hair dresser who told her the wait time is 1 hour or may be even more, don't know! Not even an apology! Left the place disappointed and went to Just Cuts on the same floor to get an amazing service and professional staff!

So convenient to just walk in with no appointment. I've always had great haircuts here and the staff are lovely. Really reasonable prices

A younger woman approached us first wnd was very unhelpful and was already frustrated when we asked how much foils would cost and then continues to tell another co worker that she had no idea what I was asking for. Extremely rude and lacks customer service. Very unwelcoming facial and body expressions. Luckily we asked another older lady who patient enough to hear us out and knew what we were asking for. If you’re going to work in a customer service based role please learn to acknowledge and try to understand what the customer is asking before you get frustrated. Very immature.
