Terrible customer service every time I have had to go the store. Bunch of the worlds oldest men telling stories about their hay day and trying to sell over priced products. If I didn't have to keep taking broken products back for repair I would never go back. If your after good service and don't want to get ripped off try serious shooters just down the road, or reloaders.

I had heard a lot about Gun City through my Hunting magazines subscriptions and through fellow hunting mates, while up in Auckland recently we called in to check the store out and to buy some ammunition. The staff were friendly and chatty, I had a good look around and was impressed with the amount of rifles available and all the accessories.
