Extremely expensive super premium store. I think it’s location on queens street has certainly made the street more classy. As for products I was given a Gucci wallet as a gift. it’s been almost 5 years and it’s still in top shape so truest quality Italian craftsman ship

Went in here over easter so my newhew could buy a tee shirt - it was $600.00 but its gorgeuous. To be honest we all looked very out of place fro this shop but were none the less treated as if we were millionaires well done and your clothing is top quality - unfortuneately out of my price range but the experience was awsesome

Very professional service as expected when paying that kind of money. They helped me pick out a great handbag for my girlfriend.

Had a TERRIBLE experience at Gucci Queen Street. Bought an $1800 handbag with faulty straps (leather cracked after 3 months of light use). Took literally months of emails to get any resolution from them and only got my money refunded after I told them I would take it to the Disputes Tribunal. Crappy product (I have actually owned two Gucci handbags and both have had a defect) and even worse service. Definitely not what you would expect from a luxury brand. If you can afford it, go next door to Louis Vuitton - bit pricier but much higher quality (I have several LV bags I have had for years and all still look almost new) and fantastic service.
