Very accessible restaurant with great spacious carparking, the number of customers turning up reminds me of the MTR subway in Hong Kong ! Busy, busy place with a vast array of choices to select from. Keep your eyes peel for the dumplings as they go so quickly, they cater for orders to take away also if you request it. The deserts are top notch, especially the custard tarts. Forget about going at midday in the weekends, you will have to wait an eternity, best to turn up week days.

Delicious yum char dishes, food comes around your table very often, prompt table service. You only have 1 hour allowed to be at your table as queue behind is waiting for their turn. Parking is horrible hard to find a space to park and must must must call to book a table, otherwise congratulation to be on the queue.

Best yum Cha place I've ever been to. Went here for my bosses 40th birthday, great service from staff and everything we ate was delicious.
