I had a mixed experience at gilmours. Food range, category wise, stock availability everything is good even staff is very helpful but the problem is with the front staff (I know the name, but don’t want to create a problem for her) I visit regularly there and sorry I have to say this one or two staff members are a bit kinda racist, there behaviour change from person to person, even if you have something heavy on your trolley and you ask them to scan it over there, they behave like it’s impossible but other staff members are happy to do it.
