Best Gelato store in Auckland! Amazing creations, freshly made every day, and ever changing. Great range of NZ unique flavours - their kiwifruit gelato is to die for! Cones / bowls are not cheap - but are well priced for the quality. Expect to pay from $6 to about $20 for the creations. Local tip: if you have an oversupply of organic fruit like oranges / lemons etc, Giapo may swap you gelato for your fruit! Good way to save a few dollars.

If you're a Gelato fan, definitely visit Giapo. It's right next door to the Civic Theatre on Queen St - making it perfect for a pre or post theatre snack.

Surely the best ice cream in Auckland, really nice flavors and design...sometimes a bit too rich and sweet, but sure worth a visit at least once, bravi!

Great Ice Cream! Definitely worth the wait, super pricey but you have to try it at least once- didn’t manage to finish it all so they definitly don’t skimp out in the quantity and the flavours are so unique
