Galbraith's Alehouse

Had lunch here on a quick stop in Auckland. Really cool pub and a very quintessentially British feel to it. Burgers or the fish - can't go wrong. Really yummy food and good selection of wine, beer and cider. Also have the brewery there too which is neat to see.

When you walk in, you know you're stepping into a little bit of history. Great ambience along with an amazing selection of beers and wines. Too many options there. Food menu is limited though I guess that makes it easier for both the patron and the kitchen. I have a feeling that it changes quite a bit to keep things exciting. If you miss your old pub back home in the UK, this might be a great replacement!

Pretty amazing beer selection and I live the English pub feel to it. Recommend for any beer lovers.

Very impressed. Great pub food done well, including a kiddies menu. Good selection of craft beers. We also enjoyed the beer tasting option.

Bit like an old English boozer - plenty of hearty food and an excellent selection of real ales to sample. Convivial and welcoming!
