Forever New Clothing

I really like this store. It has a great range and the prices are really reasonable. Being in the mall, its easy to pop in when you're there for a squizz at the new stock.

They have beautiful clothes and accessories but very overpriced most of it. The shop is quite small and cluttered. Staff are nice. Would recommend buying stuff on sale.

Terrible customer service from 1 of the staff. She was very rude when I asked about a product that had a pen mark on it. She attempted to remove the pen mark herself damaging the fabric of the jacket and making it unsellable. She would not listen to me when I was trying to speak and kept taking over the top of me and cutting me off. Worst customer service I have experienced. Needless to say I left without making a purchase. Will not return to this particular store ever again.

Beautiful clothing, great to shop at if you have a function to attend. Can be a little pricey.
