They have a good range of products and footwear here, but the staff service could do with an improvement. 4 times out of 5 that I have visited the store, I have had to walk around tirelessly looking lost, and have then had to go to the counter myself to seek personal assistance.

Team were really good making phone calls to other store to try find my size in a particular shoe I wanted. Very helpful and friendly team and not pushy.

Went in to get some new shoes for work and was completely ignored by the 2 sales girls who were standing having a very in depth conversation with each other standing in a very unprofessional way with their legs up on the seat. No greeting hello or can I help you, I tried on a shoe directly off the shelf and was still ignored. There were several customers in the store and each and every one of us were ignored as these girls stood chatting. Needless to say I left without making a purchase.

Love the sneakers in here, the range of shoes they sell is great! Cool place to pick up some trendy clothes too. Great brands and friendly staff!
