purchased a refurbished phone off these guys and when i recieved it it was faulty. i have had to pay to send it back which they refuse to recompensate me for and now i have to wait another week for them to sort a new phone and send it to me, putting me out of a phone and out of pocket for 2 weeks.

Had so many problems with my refurbished Iphone. Some were not their fault but it shouldn't take this long. Firstly they sent me the wrong phone and expected me to pay an extra $100 for the wrong phone when it wasn't even working properly. Then when i say I want the phone I paid for they tell me the phone that I ordered wasn't in stock. So I waited a week and turns out the wrong order was sent to them so I waited another week. Then when I eventually got my phone the battery was really bad. Turns out they use third party batteries for refurbs. After that my phone still wasn't working properly as I couldn't use apple pay, No one could hear me when I talked into the phone, and the mute button doesn't work and they expect me to pay for shipping so they can fix their mistakes. DO NOT buy refurbish from them. They die quickly and cause so many problems. If I didn't call up about it I would still have no phone

I've bought two phones from these guys over the years as they seem to have the best pricing in New Zealand among physical stores. However, when I purchased a brand-new Galaxy S8, I've received a used one instead. It was completely resealed and set up in a way that normal users would never notice (found out by battery count and low-quality imitated earphones). It was very difficult letting them understand to replace with a new unit. Especially the doubting behaviour of the store staff was very rude when I already had made arrangements with the manager over the phone for replacement. Even the brand-new one had its seal broken - I would never know if this one is new too. Apparently, they have to check if the phone was damaged during transit, that's why the seal is broken. However, when I asked them for S10e if they had or I can be there before they break the seal, they said they do not sell any sealed phones. Very weird experience.I certainly would not recommend this place.
