We are a residential rehabilitation facility in West Auckland. Our focus is to empower and support each person in our care on their rehabilitation journey. Evolve West Auckland is home to 12 beds spread across 2 houses which blend into the community. House 18 is for clients with higher needs and house 20 is for those more independent. We focus on slow stream community rehabilitation for individuals who have suffered traumatic brain injury.
