love the staff in here! They are always so welcoming and give a great service. I get acrylics done and when I have them taken off, they are so gentle unlike other nail places that just rip them off!

I made an appointment by phone (they never asked name or no) but when I turned up they asked me to come back in 30 minutes, very frustrating!
They did an ok job for pedicure. I did really enjoy the massage chair. Don’t think I’ll go back sadly.

Staff are quite rude and the store smells so strongly of nail polish remover. Communication between staff and customers needs improvement.
