Everest Dine was a must try for me as I had read some great reviews of this Nepalese & Indian restaurant in Parnell. Trying the restaurant out for lunch, whilst the place was quiet, service was inviting and warm and I was shown the lunch special menu as well as the full menu.
I tried out a fantastic 2 course lunch with beverage offer for $20 and thoroughly the entree of Chicken Sekuwa with chutney on rice flakes and then the Everest Fish Curry on rice served hot and accompanied, by a mango lassi.
The food was lovely and the ambience was wonderful. I’d like to return for dinner to sample the Nepalese specialties. Highly recommended!

I really liked this place. Not the typical indian food you taste but has very nice touch to other traditions blended in which creates a great mix. Has similarity more with Bangladeshi food which aren't available in nz. However try chef's special on Nepali food menu and am sure you'll enjoy. Great service and reasonable price.

Visited here with colleagues for dinner. Whilst service was a bit slow (we even had to go up and get the dessert menu at the end), the food was the important factor, and it did not disappoint. Very tasty, and the staff were helpful in explaining the dishes. Hope to go back and work my way through the menu!

I’ve always loved visiting this restaurant. They have done a great job in introducing Nepalese cuisine to Auckland and everyone seems to love it. Their momos are delicious and a fine dining vibe to the restaurant is great. The location is quite at the heart of Parnell. It’s worth trying their Nepalese Thakali chicken which is one of my favorite and the sekuwa which is great as well. I would suggest to try their Nepalese tea as well which is similar to the Indian chai.
