Complained three times over the phone about our rubbish not being picked up. Said they would come pick it up and didn't. Polite over the phone, But actions speak louder than words!

Can't complain about the customer service because there is none. I told them (in Palmy Nth) of changes to our flat/bank account and they set up a new account... but continued to charge the old account as well as the new one. We've been over-charged a lot and told that it's their money now because we never wrote to them to close the original account (despite their records showing that I physically visited and communicated just that). They provided no extra service or extra wheelie, but were only too happy to take our money! This is not in line with the "values" that are expressed on the Envirowaste website - it seems like we've been robbed and then thrown to the curb. After hours of effort, they have told us that they will refund 4/9th's of our money - this matter is not resolved.

Have had this service for about 3 months , the first month they only collected it once out of four times , the next two months were about the same . When i rung them about it they apologised and said they would send the truck around but it never came. The billing is never on time and its impossible to know when the funds will be taken out of my account. They misscharged me a whole month and refugees to re fund it. I will be canceling my membership at the end of this month , would recommend everyone to not use this business. Would also give 0 stars if i could.

Easy company to deal with over the phone and prices are good for thier services. A good range of rubbish bins.
