I always have mixed feelings about this place. They do very good value meals on Monday and Tuesday and the naan bread is delicious and a very good size. The curries on a whole have never been amazing, but there's one or two that are very good. I find it's their service that lets them down at times. Some of the staff are very friendly, but others appear to ignore customers and show a general lack of interest. On my recent visit I ordered takeaways that were due to be ready at 6.20. When I arrived there was only two tables full in the restaurant and no one else waiting. There was no staff around so I sat and waited. One staff member arrived at the counter and promptly ignored the fact that I was standing there waiting, another arrived and they were discussing other delivery orders. Finally after about 10 minutes I was greeted and told my order wouldn't be long. At 6.40 I enquired about my order and was brushed off with "it won't be long" again (without even checking on it). I then spoke to another staff member who was very lovely, sorted my order and helped me out of the restaurant with it. However, this was 20 minutes after the order was expected to be ready and almost an hour after I'd ordered it. If there service improved it would be a 4 star from me.

BEST curry I have had in a very long time. I ordered a butter chicken (med) and a chicken jalfreize (med) and was not disappointed. So many flavours in both dishes with a good amount of heat and super enjoyable. The order was ready in around 20mins which was impresssive considering they were incredibly busy.

Spotless, polite and hospitable staff, down to earth owners, and of course super delicious food. We can never get enough of their real authentic Indian food. Highly recommended.

A good range of delicious and fragrant curries. Naan are made to order on the spot. The tandoor oven is right there so you can watch your bread being made. Try naan with lamb madras, it’s hard to beat!

This is one of the worst restaurants I have ever been. Bad customer service, no cleanliness. THe waiting time for so long. and the funny thing was food was cold when I eventually got it.
