Eight Ounce

Tried out a popular well written about cafe featuring a multi-award winning artists and judge and I was very warmly greeted and impressed by the hospitality of the staff.

My intention was to enjoy the espresso however I decided to try a salad from the menu with a side of scrambled eggs, a favourite go to. The food was delicious and promptly served and the coffee was sublime and well worth the fanfare.

The cafe interior is very modest and features a barista training station as well as having an open feel and being child friendly. It's well worth a visit and prices are good with lots of natural light and sun streaming inside. Recommended!

The coffee was smooth and had a pretty heart pattern on top! They have a small table chair, soft toys, and books for kids to play with which is great. Fruit World adjoins (and they sell some seedlings as well) plus the Dove Op Shop opposite is huge and awesome. You can have a great little shopping experience all from the one car park.

The cafe also seems fairly supportive of allergies based on their signage (probably need to order from menu for gluten free as most of the cabinet food looked gluten based apart from salad).

Nice cafe in the neighbourhood, recommend their flat white, experienced barista
