Eden Cottage was established in 1983 as a way to meaningfully support the growing number of young families in our community.Over 40 years later, we remain committed to partnering with parents and whānau so that our tamariki can thrive and look forward to a bright future.Our te reo name – Te Iti Kahurangi – speaks of the precious small treasures that our tamariki are – treasures who deserve our best educational care and aroha.Based in a homely cottage setting, we are able to welcome up to 38 tamariki between the ages of 2-5 years to what will be their home away from home.

All my children have attended vision west Kindy and I would never send them anywhere else, the staff are friendly and approachable and great with the kids, their are great age groupings and plenty of activities for all ages.
