Yes, good on offering deals. Yes, good on noting details. Not good for either being slow on replying or sending no email for notification. Could be busier or don't know if they care or not.

I think this is their newest branch. Good customer service. The exchange rate offered is great and their money transfer service is really quick!

Definitely recommend them, they always give best of the best air ticket price. But staff is quite annoying and not organised. Please be aware with the baggage allowance sometimes you may get into trouble on checked in at the airport.
