Dos Amigos is a wonderful Mexican restaurant with great food and a buzzing atmosphere. A personal favourite of mine, they frequently deliver high quality customer service as well as delicious authentic Mexican food- the Buffalo Chicken is unbeatable! Food and Drinks are at an affordable price too. Great for a family meal or a catch-up with friends!!

I had lunch here yesterday and the food, drinks and ambiance were perfect. From the bucket of cold Coronas with lemon wedges, to the very generous beef chimighanga for lunch, to the margarita "digestif" I really couldn't fault it. The relaxed setting with views of the Mission Bay beach and Rangitoto make it a perfect destination for lunch or a relaxed dinner. Highly recommended if you're in the area and in the mood for Mexican food!

great ambience and good tasting food... the staff was friendly. I had fish on rice (not sure about the mexican name) which was quite filling for lunch and went down well with few mexican beers.
