They did not clean up the hair of the previous client prior to seating me. After washing my hair, the towel on my head fell on the floor, upon which she picked it up and continued drying my hair with it before I could say anything. After telling her I only EVER part my hair on the left, she parted it in the middle to cut it, and then tried to convince me that it was better and I could flip it either way when I brought it up. When she went to do face framing, she cut horizontally across a big strand of my hair in front, cutting off about 15 cm. Obviously does not know how to do face framing. Not a happy customer.
