Food is always amazing here. It is a great place to have fresh seafood. Service is usually quick and they serve a very good portion.

Service was quite poor, the lady was so judgemental with our order (how much we ordered). Food was very very average: the steak was quite tough, although juicy. We ordered medium rare, but it was basically borderline rare. Garlic sauce was nice. The seafood entree was nice, juicy prawns and calamari, but it lacked freshness. The seafood chowder was the most appalling. It kinda tasted like a thin, watered down tomato soup. Ambience was nice though, very homely decor and it was nice and quiet (probably coz no one else was there actually). I’ve had worse, but I definitely won’t be going back.

For a post work dinner, I happened across Di Mare in Parnell, lured in from the main road by a very polite staff to come and try this little quaint Italian eatery. With alfresco courtyard and inside seating, the staff was very lovely and accommodating.

Beside San Pellegrino sparkling water and a glass of Montepulciano, I ordered the garlic bread and the Chicken Frangelico. The bread was very pedestrian but nice and the chicken was delightful! Overall, it was a very pleasant dining experience.

This restaurant is tucked away inside the parnell village shops. Yuuuuuuuummmmmm is an understatement. The seafood platter is to die for! Friendly staff and lovely food - will definitely come back for more!!!
