I am 28 and have always thought about getting braces but never really gotten questions answered etc. I went and saw Scott waghorn at dentalcare west for my FREE consultation which even that in itself was great. All the staff there were welcoming and friendly. Scott talked my through the options I had with my teeth and any questions I had he was more then willing to answer even through email. I booked again to get orthodontic treatment and a tooth taken out. Claire walker was friendly and polite and the procedure was very straight forward to getting braces put on. Scott took out my tooth in a flash pain free.
Dentalcare west will be my dentist from now on as everyone has been friendly and I love that I'm able to pay off my braces with no interest included.

4 1/2 * as it's the dentist after all, you know?!...but pleasantly surprised :-) My first filling ever (I'm 40+ yrs), wisdom tooth extraction & hygienist session. Everything was thoroughly explained after the initial exam & X rays were done & during the procedures. The hygienist wasn't satisfied until every last bit of build up was gone...very high standards! Dentist & dental assistant were reassuring & I was really made to feel at ease. Well done team, thank you!

These guys have been our family dentist my entire life and though the doctors have changed over the years the level of skill and professionalism offered to all has not. Always manageable in terms of payment and well worth the cost as the level expertise here is very high. Would most highly recommend to all. = )

Excellent service I went in for a Hygiene Clean in May this year 2018 the service that I received was Fantastic the Hygienist was very Kind to me they were wonderful and Professional I am going to say that I won't go to Kelston Dental Care anymore I like Dental Care West they are better I also like having the option to pay by Finance Payments as this does make Dental Care affordable for poor people that can't afford Dental Care as Dental Care is expensive for poor people it's not affordable especially with the High prices for Dental treatment it's just one of the things that people Don't have the money to pay for I am lost for good words because their service just exceeds my expectations from Dentists You are Welcomed by the Wonderful Reception staff and you are treated with utmost care this is Professional care for your whole procedure whether it's a Checkup or a Hygiene clean you are Respected by the whole team at Dental Care West Limited I know they will be happy with my Review as they will know about my Review and my Review will be Welcome by the team of Dental Care West Surely if the Dentist's & staff are Happy with my Reviews the Dr Scott Waghorn will also be Happy with my Review.
