Lovely authentic pizzas, just a small seating area if dining in -- but takeaway options availablr. Lovely salad and pizzas and able to enjoy a wine or beer with your meal. Kid friendly.

Truly Italian. Pizzas are the best

Having read online about their accreditation for being the only NZ pizzeria to serve “Authentic Neapolitan Pizza” (La vera pizza nepolitana) as they use source ingredients (flour, tomato, mozzarella) from the Italian region and use a wood fired oven from Napoli, I was very excited to try their food, in particular, the pizza.

As we stopped in for a pre-event lunch, I was instantly drawn to trying the pannouzi vegetariana (vegetarian Napoli street sub) with a glass of Montepulciano d’Abruzzo and I absolutely loved my dish. It arrived within 10 minutes and pizza dough was light, crispy and fluffy with ample tasty filling of zucchini, mushroom, tomato and capsicum. It was truly wonderful, so much so that I’d like to try other flavours or a pizza and there’s a new Dantes in Queens Rise Auckland Central too! Highly recommended!

Their pizza crust is awesome! Freshly baked to perfection. Their pasta is also really good in case you have someone in the group looking for something other than pizza.

I love the pizza here. really feels like a piece of italy.
