Daikoku (Teppan-Yaki) Takapuna

Good Teppanyaki restaurant. Service was good and food very nice. They have a nice deck outside. A good show from chef. Best part was my family paid the bill.

This place has one of the best atmospheres I have ever experience at a restaurant. A great place to go too with an intimate group of close friends or family, or just to do some team building with your colleagues. You also feel really spoilt as you have your own personal chef on hand. My son loves watching the chef doing is food preparation and tricks. The staff is very friendly and efficient, and I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant. Whenever I drive passed, it is always busy as ever. A word of advice, book ahead to avoid disappointment.

I always find that the set menu doesnt really suit what I want and I have to add something or change up my order. I feel its overpriced for the food you get and the show is the same every time. What you do get tho is yummy and they arent stingy on the yumyum sauce.

Tried the Chicken katsu and grilled beef... Awesome!

Came here for lunch with kids. Both donburis, ramen and teppanyaki available. Good service, selection of food and tasty meals
