Daikoku (Teppan-Yaki) Albany

The best teppanyaki restaurant I've ever been to. Some sets are pricey but it's well worth it. The way the cook interacts with you when cooking your food is awesome and definitely puts on a good show. The food is always beautifully cooked and yummy.

A good place for japanese food. Meat are cooked im front of you and with some interaction with the chef. Will visit again. Staff are friendly

This is our second visit to this restaurant and it didn't disappoint. The pre dinner green leaf tea to clense the pallet went down ok but as it is not my favourite drink I wouldn't rave about it. The traditional Japanese salad was as last time tasty. My medium rare steak meal main was delicious and cooked to perfection, The two flavour ice cream and wafer finished off the meal nicely. Set menue price of $19.50 was reasonable value. Paul.

Delicious food! Yum yum sauce and prawns are my favourite. Not quite as much atmosphere as the Takapuna restaurant, but nice to have another North Shore location.

We ordered the rib eye and also the sirloin steak and chicken combo which was filling plus a salad to start and also dessert with the combo.The prices were really good, the drinks and food were done super quick even though it was busy.Warm service and very enjoyable environment. I will definitely visit this place again.
