The staff at Crystal Panel Beaters are rude. There are plenty of other automotive repairs places in the area so pick somewhere else. Seriously don't bother with them.

Both of the times I've dealt with them have been horrible experiences and I will NEVER go back.
Take my warning and DO NOT GO HERE.

Worse people to deal with !! Been there last week for an insurance quote and was told to be contacted within 2 days. Nothing happened. I called them and found they are still waiting for the parts and will inform me once they get them.

1 week passed, no reply. I called them again and a guy over the phone who was speaking very rudely informed me parts are available and he can book me in for next week. I requested can it be done this week ?

His answer: "Go find someone else and hanged the phone on me" ...

Pathetic service and way to deal with customers....

Horrible clueless staff! My car was towed over to them by my insurance provider after it was stolen, but it was sitting in their shop for a whole week while their receptionist insisted it wasn't with them. When I was finally informed that the car had in fact been there the whole time (I was told this through my insurance and not by the Crystal staff), we went in to see the car. It was a long wait at the reception, while we were ignored by staff who were sitting at desks and answering calls. A staff member called Russell was extremely curt while he took us to our car that was parked away in a extremely tight corner of the garage. We couldn't get around the car to assess the damage to it, so asked if it could be moved out. Russell said "He couldn't be bothered" as it would take too much of his time, and that we should squeeze past the walls to have a look at the car (There really was no room!!). He then abruptly asked us to leave the premises and to never come back, saying that "We were being too demanding" and that he would leave the car outside for my insurance guys to pick up. After a long and heated conversation with Russell and another staff member, we were told multiple times to "Just be quiet" and "There's the door, mate". Disgusting, unprofessional and quite possibly racist behaviour!! I would never get my car serviced at Crystal Panelbeaters if they were the last repairers on earth!!

Was referred to by insurance company but the attitude of the receptionist was really bad. There is another more friendly receptionist but the one that is usually there has pretty bad attitude, especially over the phone. They should be nice to their customers especially first-time customers, you would think they will be in a good attitude hoping you to return but the manner the receptionist spoke over the phone made me not wanting to go back. Mechanics are a bit nicer but they had over-promised. The service took longer than they promised and also they didn't complete the work that they said they would. All in all would not be a returning customer.
