The ladies here have always been helpful even when I've tried to try on clothes with a baby in a pram with me! The specials are good and there is a dedicated rack for the discounted items. I get reminders about the sale through emails too. Decent quality clothing that lasts a while. I like that they have a loyalty card which keeps me coming back for more. A lot of the clothes are also stretchy or loose fitting which is perfect for my mummy tummy!

Purchased a stunning dress here for a special occasion. Their sizing is very generous and the clothes are actually quite nice quality and well priced. A nice change from other chain stores.

Love the clothes at Crossroads and will stop in for a shop if i'm in the area. The staff could be more helpful though as it took a while to get there attention for assistance

Friendly staff, nice layout of store and pushchair friendly. Good price items, even better when the clearance items are further marked down!

Kind of disappointed in the store as the store looked rather empty. Plus there wasn't much variety and the prices are quite high. Staff don't always acknowledge you when you walk in store too.
