I loved all the New Zealand crafts and have been in twice now as the quality and prices seem very good, but found that there was still no help from the staff on the floor because they were all very busy behind the counter. When I went to purchase my crafts, it once again took forever to be served as they seemed to be held up with old technology and peeling labels off each item. All in all a pleasant experience and it was wonderful to see variety of NZ talent. I'm not sure I will want to go back over the Christmas period due to the waiting time.
