Best ice cream range in town! There are so many to choose from, i have trouble each time i go in. I just got the Oob Mint Chocolate Chip and it is amazing. This is the only supermarket i have seen this flavour at so i am definitely coming back.

Staff here are arrogant and roll their eyes and give each other side glances, obviously having secret rude giggles about customers they have to serve. Additionally they are pretty much always out of stock. Waiting lines can be crazy slow and long, and it doesn't help that they only have 2 or 3 counters open at a time, maybe 4 or 5 during peak times but it's still not enough.
The counters near the frozen section are never used. Why don't they change it to self-serve checkouts?

This is my local Countdown, have been here a few times, there is always plenty of parking and the staff are really helpful. They often run out of stock or only stock a limited range of certain items. Also noticed that when it comes time to pay you often spend up to 20 minutes waiting in lines which go towards the end of the store. This supermarket really needs an upgrade.
