Countdown Supermarkets

I bought some biscuits on the weekend among a whole lot of other things. I didn't look at them properly until I got to the car and went to grab one for the drive home and a rat had been to them! I took them back and they got swapped without any questions but still, gross knowing rats are crawling all over their food.

Outside is very run down with not much parking available. Inside has been totally renovated- service is good. They have good specials. I don’t normally shop here as it’s further away from my home but the times I have it was only the parking that was a problem.

an ok store tidy most of the times have found the staff here very grumpy and unhelpful.

We want her to grab a few necessities on the way to an event. They had the bulk food bins bins which was handy as I was after a small bag of mixed nuts. It's a medium sized store. I used the self check out and a staff member immediately approached me to ask if I would like her to enter the bulk product item into the system. I was grateful for that as it made the transaction faster and I happened to be in a hurry.

Countdowns great but sometimes they don’t have fresh products I bought a bag of sugar the other week and didn’t realise til I got home that it was stain, other then that awesome
