Great location, good to have a countdown in the mall so that we can do everything at once. Large countdown with a good range. Friendly staff and a good range of products, only downside is they have a small gluten free range.

Bad service at check out operator. I was in queue for my turned. The staff member called out another customer behind me to come to her counter. I was shocked by the service. She has no apologised for her action. I found it very rude .

I remember when this was Big Fresh back in the mid 90s. I would go with family for shopping at the mall. Now it is Countdown and has deals and specials as well. I usually go with friends so can get deals at this store.

Efficient staff & always helpful. Not normally where I go for a big shop but great for top up shops when I'm already at the mall. Their click & collect was much more organized than my usual collection with an electronic sign for picking up food as well as an id check.
