      my go to whenever im in the city. store is clean, line moves very quickly. however some of your' checkout' staff need to learn a bit about customer service. sometimes i get such a lovely , helpful person but then other times its someone who just cant be bothered and is a little rude because you dare to ask them a question.

      Great handy location, right at the centre of city. The service is always fast as so many counters are open. Range is bit limited as its not huge store like other branches

      Countdown metro is a good option for those looking at more than just a convenience store in the CBD. Obviously not the full size of a regular Countdown, but still the selection is pretty good. Main drawback is that the queues at checkout can get pretty long. Other than that, really good.
