      This Countdown is located in the heart of the Auckland CBD, making it a convenience for university students, office workers and CBD dwellers to shop there. It is also a heavensent for tourists and backpackers living at some hotels or temporary accomodations near this Countdown. Although this Countdown is not as big as any other regular Countdown supermarket, it has a great selection of food and other items a shopper can buy on a whim

      really handy, only downside is how busy it gets and the queues for the check-outs - it doesn't help that the operators on self-serve have to hit a hundred buttons to authorise alcohol purchases! :-)

      One of the best store, you can find everything what you need. Only the thing is , its very busy so allow some extra time to be in long queue. It would be great if they could increase more cashier or self checkout kiosk.
