Countdown Supermarkets

A smaller store that has all the essentials. They have good specials on at times. Handy that it is close to other shops, which makes running errands easy. Plenty of parking.

Very friendly staff and customer service, however small selection of products on the shelves, and it was hard to find the product I looked for because it was not on its usual place

This is my local Countdown, and while I love the staff, the store could do with the make over. Parking is easy, but the carpark is a hazard in itself with giant pot holes on the zebra crossing right outside the main door. While this is more than likely not countdowns actual responsibility, they should care about the safety of their shoppers getting into the store. The range of products is good for a smaller store though.

Heaps of parking, even underground parking so you dont have to get wet in the rain while loading your shopping into the car. They also have an escalator, as well as an elevator for easy access for those with mobility issues. Staff here are ok, I quite regularly see them restocking shelves and what not. Good prices.

It has been renovated which makes it look bigger. It has lots of stock and everything I need. The shopping environment is very comfortable.
