Corner Pancake

Have been going to this Korean pancake street stall for years - cheap, very warm and tasty. Love the savoury ones most, beef and cheese great, but they have sweet pancakes too.

There seems to be a whole chain of 'Hollywood Bakery & Espresso' in Auckland. During the several days I spent in the 'City of Sails' I always went to its Wyndham Street branch for breakfast, since it was near my accomodation. A very casual place, but airy and with early opening hours (it also closes already late afternoon). The young ladies there - all ethnic Asians - were very friendly and welcomed me with a smile everytime I returned.

This store is a hidden gem of Auckland. I use to walk past it most days on my way to uni and it always has loads of customers. Real delicious pancakes street food style. The chocolate chip ones are my favorite.

Stuffed and fried pancakes. Need to say more? A couple of different flavours to choose from. I like the chocolate one, it has crunchy sugar bits as well. A similar look to the indian parantha.
