Stayed here when it was the Langham. Beautiful clean rooms with a lovely restaurant. Spa facilities were great and gym was well equipped. Conference facilities were top notch and food was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Recently visited for the second time. Food was much better this time. Would go back again for sure. They did forget my coffee at breakfast - but that was no big deal, they quickly fixed it as soon as we mentioned it

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Sara ,she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city , supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

We recently stayed here for our anniversary and had a really lovely time. The room was beautiful, and well stocked. We really enjoyed the breakfast in the restaurant, it was very nice with so much variety.

This is the most amazing hotel in Auckland. The service is so attentive and the rooms are spacious, plus the spa facilities with roof-top pool are amazing. Just a little quieter, being close to Mt Eden and K Road, for a slightly different Auckland experience!
