Great gym. A bit smaller and more for professionals working in the area. I didnt sign up to a contract and paid $22 a week for membership. Worked well for me as I work close by and was able to go in at Lunchtimes. Loved the lunchtime classes with great trainers.

Finally a friendly gym....
The spin classes are great in the mornings and the instructors are really helpful. I have been going here for about 6 months now and i love the fact it is a small gym, I do not feel self conscious and the trainers are constantly mixing it up and keeping it fresh. They also do corporate challenges, boot camps and various other things throughout the year.

Huge range of classes on offer which are a great way to get a good workout, great facility.
