Great location rooms are luxurious and clean and tidy staff are friendly amd helpful the price is reasonable beds comfortable shower was hot and incredible heating made it comfortable when it was freezing outside room was quiet a really great place to stay

Good location in Auckland CBD - Staff are extremely helpful and the rooms were really nice.

Good and tidy hotel. Very accessible to public transport. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.

The décor is elegant, although perhaps a little dated now, however this doesn't dampen my experience with the hotel which I have stayed at many times and it continues to impress.
