Room smelt quite bad and noisy. Decor out dated.
However like the location super close to the hospital
Breakfast was overpriced...very poor quality breakfast I wouldnt want to pay more than 5dollars to be honest.

This motel is meticulously clean and the owners are really nice. It is close to the North Shore Hospital and Harbour Bridge, if you want to go into Auckland City. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom clean. Fresh linen and beverages are replenished each day. The room I stayed in was on the ground floor, near the car park and office. Despite this, the noise was nominal. I will stay there again.
