Really affordable and good equipped gym. Staff is always help us to reach the goal.

Like coming here as it is always tidy and very friendly staff that helps me out with exercises to help me achieve my goals. The equipment are fairly new which makes things good.

The gym is very good has a lot of equipment which is great the only down side is that the gym is always busy and can get abit crowded at times through busy hours but the prices are just so good and you can even take a friend with you which is always a bonus
