City Chic - Dress Smart

Great shopping experience, the store was full of bargains, the racks were bursting! I found a nice dress which I can layer in winter and wear alone for summer. Helpful staff, allow extra time to dig through the outfits as you will find some lovely pieces if you take your time.

This outlet mall brings a great variety of stores also holds specials again within which makes cheapness a welcome token. 7 days a week! Well, you can't get any better than that!

Have been in the store twice this week looking for an outfit for a wedding. The staff are friendly and helpful. I always find great buys for my curvier figure here. I even took my mum and she found items she likes.

This store is the CLEARANCE store for city chic. There are always very CHEAP deals on. Dresses that use to cost $100 would drop down to $20 which is amazing!

When you walk into this store you could see all the great deals as the signs are clearly displayed. However I found that the clearance racks there are too many clothing all stacked together, so when you try to look for a dress in that rack you can’t move it , as they are all stuck together. I found it very annoying! It is a small store so it should be spacious but it’s not. all the clothes racks are so close together that you don’t really know where to start. It’s a big mess!

The staff were average they are not very welcoming. They don’t seem confident, for a plus size store the staff should be confident and dress nice too. But I noticed that staff here wear just a jumper and tights?. I don’t like the service at all, just here for the deals and cheap prices.
