Needs cleaning and doing up and it's not appealing to look at food is ok but you get for what you pay for

Yes, great yum char - been a few times including at Christmas. Like the variety. Love the ice cream dumplings.

The only mildly good thing about it is the supermarket and the steamboat restaurant. Even so, the quality of the fruits and vegetables at the supermarket is low. There are also a lot of vacant shops, which is quite eerie.

I love China town. There's hardly any shops in there anymore though. Although there are a couple of delist little restaurants inside.
