Catalina Cafe

Lovely cabinet food and great service! No complaints here!

Nice little cafe out of the many in HP. Catalina used to be a favorite but its had many ups and downs a long the way and has unfortunately lost many customer's because of this. The last time i stopped in a few weeks ago serivce was relatively fast and a nice iced coffee.

Super lovely interior decor with huge outdoor seating. Fairly good portion size, great coffee and friendly staff. The beef pastie is very tasty.

An ok place and was busy but still able to find space to sit. Prices are average and food looked ok. The staff were confused about their own menu at times and didnt know about a special burger they had on their board so asked us if it comes with free fries and coffee?? The staff were off their feet at times as we had 4 bowls of fries come to us when we ordered one and 3 burgers when we ordered 2 as well. The burgers looked nice but meat quality was average. The lamb filo was dry and old and I expected it would have had some sauce or gravy inside but it was just a big piece of lamb that was rolled up.

I ordered the French Toast and it was really good. Coffee was prefect and came with nice coffee art. Friendly staff. Big menu selection. I like the rustic interior. Very classy. It's great place to have a quick brunch. Will surely come back for more.
