      Craig and his team at Cartune are 100% there for their customers. They pride themselves in taking full responsibility for identifying mechanical issues and providing full costings prior to commencing and repairs. Service is just as important to them as the teams technical skills. When your car is broken, you obviously need them more than they need you but they never make you feel that way. I've recommended them to several friends in the Ponsonby area who want simple, honest, fast, professional service for their car care. I will continue to recommend Cartune on the basis that these friends who have taken up my recommendation and booked their cars in for a service, warrant etc are thrilled to have found a great solution to an ongoing need locally.

      Went to CarTune Ponsonby for a WOF in the weekend. Got failed on breaks, shocks.. (the list goes on). My partner is a mechanic and takes care of my car so I was quite shocked. We ended up taking it to a VTNZ straight after where it passed without any problems even being noted for next time..
      Looks like I know how they afford to rent a space in central Ponsonby.

      I was beginning to lose hope that it was possible to have a mechanic you can trust until I met Craig and his team. Their prices are more than reasonable. They never baffle you with technical babble, will advise you on the options without pushing you into anything and, if that wasn't enough, are all really friendly and decent on top of it. Couldn't recommend these guys more.
