      The coffee is pretty average most times, others its below standard. The chai latte is diappointing, they just sprinkle the chai on top of the frothy milk. Service is fast and lovely.

      My friends and i had a great brunch here after her Hens party the night before. The location was great for relaxing outside in the sun and catching up on the nights antics. The pancakes were amazing and i would recommend to anyone.
