They seriously need to change their refund policy and put something on their website. My partner bought a Michael Kors $611 watch for me from this store in July 2019(poor guy didn't notice their No REFUND Policy), this watch was too big for me, I went to the store next day to get it exchanged, however, store doesn't have a big collection and i didn't really like anything else. I requested them to give us a refund, which they denied. They gave us a gift card instead, which was okay, we had to visit the store a couple of times to see if they got any new stock (they dont have a proper website and have only one store in NZ). Unfortunately there was nothing new in stock, it was the same stuff each time we visited. Its been 3 months now and still nothing. We are now moving out of the country and requested them for a refund again, which they denied. I mean com'on, it is our money and we cant get it back? This is so not cool and there is nothing we can do about it. They are not even open to exceptions. It was a huge mistake shopping from this place. will never do it again. Will have to buy something that we dont even like. :(

Really helpful staff Wiki and Janine. They had really good customer service. They helped me to find best suitable watches to gift someone out of their busy time.i really appreciate and recommend for future shopping.

A little store in comparison to other jewellery places but it does stock some really nice pieces. Customer service was very good also
