I used an internet voucher to get my car cleaned here. The 'clean' was very shoddy, I asked to speak to the manager. The manager proceeded to tell me I used a voucher, what did I expect? I said that was the wrong attitude and I would complain to his manager. He told me I could try, his manager was his father. Not the kind of attitude you expect from a professional car cleaning company. Needless to say I will never return..

I like the concept of Car-fe - being able to have a drink & something to eat while you wait, however, the times I have been have been really busy and the wait time (1 hour+) well beyond the time it takes to eat & drink and then you are sort of stuck there because it is away from any other main shops/services.When I first started going here, was really happy with the quality of clean - but recently, the standard has gone down. I only purchase using a voucher now (wouldn't really be happy paying full price).

Carfe is great! I always go here to Carfe and they take care of all our vehicles as well as taking care of us! Thhe cafe is the prefect way to wait for your vehicle to come back pristine. Thanks
